History

The Ravinder Nath Tagore Memorial Industrial Training Institute is an ITI governed by Ravinder Nath Tagore Memorial ITC Society, a association of professionals and is recognized by Government of Himachal Pradesh established in the year 1998 with the aim & objective to provide 'technical, vocational education and training' to the people under Craftsmen Training Scheme of National Council of Vocational  Education and Training (NCVET), Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGE&T), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneourship, Government of India, New Delhi. The Institute is being setup under the guideline of The Director, Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar as per NCVET norms.
